Personal assistant for a woman in Kristinehamn

I am a 66-year-old woman who runs my own personal assistance in Kristinehamn.

What help do I need?
Since I have MS and am wheelchair bound, I need help with practical everyday tasks. For example: transfers, dressing/undressing, personal hygiene, bathroom visits, tooth brushing, cooking, washing up, laundry, eating assistance, etc. I also like to go shopping and sometimes participate in other activities. I try to live as normal a life as possible. I exercise both at home and at the gym several times a week and need help then as well. Therefore it is an advantage if you yourself exercise and know how to go about it.

I offer a pleasant work environment as we live in our own house, good working conditions, and a wellness allowance. I follow the annual leave act and the requirements set by the Swedish Tax Agency and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.

You who apply:
You are a female applicant who is positive, flexible, caring, and preferably strong. I am not large or heavy and want an active life both at home and out. You need a driver's license (B) and be smoke-free, which is an advantage as no one in the household smokes. You may include references in your application, and if you become a candidate for the position, I will request an extract from the police record. It is also advantageous if you live in Kristinehamn municipality.

The position is divided among several assistants. It is scheduled where assistants alternate weekly between day, evening, and weekends.

Salary: Hourly wage

You and I will agree on the hourly wage ourselves as I am not unionized. However, I have reviewed what applies and follow the working time regulations regarding daily rest, weekly rest, and overtime limits.
