About her

Our client is a young girl with severe autism and difficult epilepsy. She does not communicate verbally but instead uses body language, gestures, and reactions. She is a loving and happy girl who appreciates closeness and warmth, but always on her own terms. She is very determined and knows what she wants, which makes it extra important to be attentive and respectful as an assistant.

About the position

The work takes place in the client's home, where her family also lives. The position primarily includes day and evening shifts, but night shifts also occur. The employment rate is approximately 75%. You always work with a co-assistant, meaning you are never alone in your assignment. Together with your colleague, you create a safe and predictable everyday life for her.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar work, such as personal assistant, within LSS or disability care

• You must not have furry pets in your household – the client has a severe allergy to furry animals, and even small amounts of allergens can cause serious reactions

• You are able to work both day and evening shifts
