Anton Utbildning has two primary schools, Antonskolan Blekedamm and Antonskolan Österäng, with grades from preschool class to grade 9. JOB DUTIES

We are now looking for a certified German teacher for grades 7-9, preferably combined with another subject.

As a person, you are creative, solution-oriented, confident, and stable. You have good skills in meeting students' diverse needs, are easy to collaborate with, and build and maintain good relationships. You see yourself as part of a team with a focus on teamwork. In your leadership, you are clear, motivate others, and create engagement and participation. It is beneficial if you have a few years of experience working in a school. In this role, you will work as a teacher in grades 7-9. You will collaborate with other teachers in the team, the student health team, and the management team.

Your tasks include among other things:

-Planning, teaching, and assessment according to the curriculum and governing documents

-Adaptation to students' varying needs with a high degree of differentiation

-Active participation in Anton projects, international themes, and potential Erasmus initiatives

-Cross-professional collaboration with regular teachers, student health team, and school management

-Collaboration in teaching teams and subject teams, and participation in the school's collegial development work

Qualifications

-Teacher degree with certification in German, preferably in combination with other subject(s)

-Experience in teaching at primary school

-Ability to lead, motivate, and create engagement

-Good organizational skills and familiarity with digital tools in teaching

-Strong communication and relationship-building skills: with students, colleagues, and guardians

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Permanent employment at 50% with potential for more, depending on subject combination. Employment begins with a probationary period of 6 months, starting in the fall semester of 2026.
