We are now looking for a committed and driven education manager for our Higher Vocational Education (YH) and National Vocational Education (NY) programmes in Bromma.

We currently offer programmes in the electrical and property sectors, but we continuously work to develop and broaden our educational offering based on labour market needs. As an education manager, you play a key role in creating the conditions for our students to succeed in their studies and establish themselves in working life.

About the position

As an education manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up our programmes. You work both operationally and strategically and have an important role in contacts with students, educators, companies, authorities, and management groups.

You are responsible for ensuring that the programmes are conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education and that systematic quality work is carried out in a structured and professional manner.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for the daily coordination of the programmes
• Plan and follow up courses together with educators
• Responsible for the admissions process
• Ensure that documentation, evaluations, grade reporting, and follow-up are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations
• Work with quality follow-up and development of the programmes
• Coordinate and administer management groups
• Build and develop relationships with companies and other partners
• Responsible for and develop work with LIA placements (work-integrated learning)
• Support students through various parts of the programme
• Have ongoing contact with the Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education and other external actors

Who are we looking for?

Experience in Higher Vocational Education (YH) and/or National Vocational Education (NY) is strongly meritorious. You ideally have an understanding of the regulatory framework for these educational forms, quality work, and collaboration with working life.

Industry knowledge and experience of collaboration with working life are meritorious. Experience or knowledge in the electrical and/or property sectors is also meritorious. For the right person, such competence can also create opportunities to contribute to the educational operations beyond the role of education manager.
