Karlslundsskolan seeks a teacher for grades 4-6, math, science, technology

We are now looking for a certified teacher at 75% to teach science, mathematics, and technology starting the fall term of 2026. We would prefer if you are qualified in all teaching subjects. In addition to a teaching degree, you are welcome to have experience or education in outdoor pedagogy and a strong interest in sports and health. You will be part of a team alongside other educators working with our students in grades 4-6. We have a salaried position with 40 hours of on-site work for full-time employment. The position is permanent with a probationary period of 6 months.

During the academic year 2026/2027, there will be 194 students at the school together with 30 staff members. The school is located in western Örebro near Hästhagen and Rosta field and is an independent school operated by Karlslunds IF FK. Karlslundsskolan focuses on student learning and health through our sports and health profile, which permeates the school days of both students and staff in various ways. We have pulse training and movement breaks for students, as well as regular staff breakfast and access to instructor-led training for employees.
