About the role

In this role at AllOffice, you are an important ambassador for the entire company. You work in a cohesive team where collaboration and commitment are a natural part of everyday life and the foundation of our success. The position is full-time and you are placed in our store in Helsingborg. A large portion of your working time is spent in the store where you meet our customers and contribute to a positive and professional customer experience. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the store being sales-driven, well-organized, and inspiring.

The position is a combined role where, in addition to daily store work, you have a special responsibility for our range of workwear and handling of printing and profiling. This means you work closely with customers to develop solutions tailored to their needs and ensure that delivery maintains high quality. The role is varied and developmental with substantial customer contact and close collaboration with colleagues at AllOffice. You report to the store manager. Proficiency in Swedish in speech and writing is required.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in similar work who thrives in a role with a lot of customer contact. You have a genuine interest in service and are skilled at building trust in customer interactions. We would like you to have experience with workwear and be accustomed to working with profiling and printing. You have a good understanding of customer needs and can independently develop high-quality solutions. As a person, you are positive, proactive, and flexible. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a structured approach where order and organization are a given. Putting the customer at the center comes naturally to you in everything you do.

Start date according to agreement

Store opening hours: Weekdays 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., weekends closed
