Site Manager Customer Receptionist / Damage Estimator

We are now looking for a Site Manager Customer Receptionist / Damage Estimator for our facility in Götene. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing the best service to our customers and constantly developing our business. Through your engaging and professional approach, you always make the customer feel professionally treated. Main tasks: · Ensure the service/repair process for our customers regarding booking, drop-off, planning, handover, and follow-up. · Plan jobs for each individual technician. · Customer responsibility and handling bookings and responding to customer inquiries via phone, web, and email. · Stay updated on technical information from the general agent to deliver high-quality services. · Damage estimation in cabas and invoicing.

Who are we?

We are affiliated with Meca and work with all car brands and caravan/motorhome manufacturers. Our own authorizations for Fiat, Mitsubishi, Kabe, Ligier, and sub-authorizations for several other car brands.

Our team consists of caravan/car technicians, passenger car technicians, damage technicians, motorhome painters, passenger car painters, and plastic repairers.

It is important that we maintain a high level of quality in our work. Therefore, we need to reinforce with an experienced Site Manager Customer Receptionist / Damage Estimator. You have life experience, maybe a bit older, and find it enjoyable and inspiring to work in a team. You are technically interested, responsible, and meticulous. You see opportunities rather than problems and get things done. You need to be structured and stress-resistant. You have a good sense of quality in completed work and are of course proud of your professional skills.

Previous experience in a similar profession is meritorious.
