Junior Account Manager / Salesperson – Healthcare Staffing

Location: Stockholm / Hybrid

About the role

As a Junior Account Manager, you will work to create and develop relationships with healthcare providers across Sweden.

You will become an important part of our team and learn the entire business from the ground up with support from experienced colleagues.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prospect and contact new clients
  • Book and conduct client meetings
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in healthcare
  • Identify client needs for nurses and physicians
  • Present our services and solutions
  • Work with account managers to match the right competence to the right assignment
  • Contribute to the company's growth and business development
  • Develop your own client portfolio
