About Oskarshamn Parish
Oskarshamn Parish has approximately 9,000 members. We run a parish operation based in Oskarshamn Church, Kyrkans hus, Kolbergakyrkan, and Kristinebergskyrkan with 25 employees. We also have a funeral department with our own crematorium and about 15 employees. We are a workplace where responsibility, good ideas, and commitment are encouraged. About the position
As a finance and payroll administrator, you will play a central and important role in the parish's administrative processes. You will work closely with both internal departments and external partners such as the Swedish Church's finance and payroll office. The work is varied and requires both accuracy and the ability to keep track of the overall picture.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with
High school education in finance/administration or equivalent
Experience in administrative work within finance and/or payroll
Experience with financial systems and/or payroll systems
Good habit of working with quality assurance of documentation
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
It is meritorious if you have
Post-secondary education in finance, payroll, or HR
Experience working with external agencies
Experience from public or non-profit organizations
Experience from the Swedish Church
