Hello,

We at Samtala Sverige AB are looking for an engaged and service-minded person who wants to become an important part of our team.

We work as an external customer service function for companies, which means we handle incoming calls for our clients and act as their outward voice. In this role, you will answer calls from their customers and provide professional service.

In addition, you will also work with booking meetings for our internal sales staff, making the role varied and giving you an important function in our continued growth.

You will become a key person in the contact between companies and their customers, where your ability to build trust and make a good first impression is crucial.

Work duties:

  • Answer incoming calls as part of our clients' customer service
  • Provide professional and friendly service in every call
  • Assist with questions, cases, and guidance
  • Book meetings for our internal sales staff
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is communicative and confident on the phone
  • Has a strong service mentality and is solution-oriented
  • Is structured and meticulous
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in a similar job is a requirement
