Description

Are you a service-oriented accounting economist who also has a passion for associations? Do you thrive working remotely and being part of developing a growing company? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

About FöreningsKraft

FöreningsKraft is a steadily growing company with the purpose of helping associations with financial administration. We want to create sustainable driving forces in association life by being the obvious choice when associations need help with their finances.

We work exclusively with non-profit associations, and our clients are located across the country and across various sectors such as sports, culture, disability organizations, community associations, and more.

We who work at FöreningsKraft today are two economists and one CEO. We all work remotely and meet physically a few times a year. We are now looking for another economist to strengthen our team. Together, we strengthen civil society so that the driving forces can focus on their core activities while we handle the important financial administration.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to help our associations with all types of financial tasks. You will have the main responsibility for certain associations but also help colleagues when needed.

You assist the associations with all or parts of the financial chain. You have ongoing dialogue with the associations and handle recurring tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll, fees, and accounts receivable/payable. Additionally, you perform special assignments such as year-end accounts, consulting, or tax returns.

As the company grows, each employee also helps develop the company with their ideas based on their own experiences.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who loves providing high-quality service to everyone you meet and wants to build close relationships with our associations. You thrive working independently while also contributing to the group's development.

Attributes we value highly in this role are your accuracy and organizational skills, as well as your ability to see solutions where others see challenges.

  • Experience in payroll administration

Meritorious if you:
