Active Academy is looking for an Establishment Coordinator!

We are now looking for an establishment coordinator for Active Academy!

The position is a temporary replacement for our current establishment coordinator who will be on parental leave. The position starts now in autumn 2026, by agreement, and lasts for most of 2027. This means the position runs for at least one year, possibly a bit longer. There may also be a chance for extension after the temporary assignment.

In this role, you will be part of a team of three colleagues. A team that together is responsible for marketing, customer service, and facility bookings. You will also have a special responsibility for implementing our establishment plan, which you will be introduced to during autumn 2026, when you will partly work together with our current establishment coordinator and CEO in preparations for future locations.

During the first month of the position, however, you will largely be doing general work in several different areas to become thoroughly familiar with the operations, including customer service and marketing. Most of the work is done at our office in Växjö together with your colleagues. But you will also spend time out in the field doing shifts to film and create marketing content, so we require that you have a valid driver's license (B).

Travel and weekend work occur to some extent, although most working hours are during office hours. However, during the introductory course weekends at the start of each course, you will work a number of Saturdays or Sundays together with the rest of the team to be present at the office as support for our leaders and to answer questions from parents when the courses begin for all children.

About you:

You have a background/education in and/or are passionate about marketing and project management – and you enjoy administrative work. You like taking on new tasks and breaking new ground for Active Academy as we establish ourselves in new locations and get more people moving!

You have good knowledge of Office 365 programs, and it is a major asset for this job to have skills in marketing such as advertising via social media, ability to create your own content and edit ads, Google Ads, ability to write persuasive texts and create websites, etc.

It is very positive if you have experience in, for example, children's gymnastics, children's dance, group training, or other types of sports or cultural activities for children aged 1-6 years.

You have high energy and are responsible; you thrive working goal-orientedly in a tight-knit, collaborative group. As a person, you have a strong focus on quality and development, you like challenges and view them positively.
