Seasonal Employment Engaged Customer Service Representative

We at GetCamping.se are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented employee to strengthen our customer service in Hörnefors during the peak season. We are looking for someone who is confident in customer interactions, enjoys solving problems, and has a good ability to structure and administer their work. Your Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with us, you will be a key person in contact with our customers. Your main duties include:

• Answering customer questions via phone and email.
• Providing advice on products and orders.
• Handling returns, complaints, and warranty cases.
• Administering orders and customer cases in our system.
• Greeting customers who visit our warehouse store.
• Collaborating with warehouse and purchasing to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Working hours on weekdays, daytime.
• Temporary position from immediately until the end of August.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in customer service or administration.
• Is a problem solver with a service mindset at your fingertips.
• Thrives in a role where you communicate with many different people.
• Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems.
• Can express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and preferably also in English.
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working at a fast pace.
• Is flexible, as we are a small company, you need to be able to pitch in where needed.
