Customer Service Representative at Tavex in Gothenburg

Your responsibilities:

• Receive customers in the store and inform them about our products such as investment gold, investment silver and money transfers.
• Handle payments, issue receipts and invoices, and register transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about prices, promotions and investment options.
• Continuously work to prevent money laundering and participate in regular training on current laws and regulations.
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales.

Who we think you are:

• You have completed high school education and are comfortable working with numbers.
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
• You have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows and Teams).
• You are structured, responsible and service-oriented.

Meritorious:

• Previous work experience in sales or finance is meritorious.
