About the role

Nefesh AB is now seeking a meticulous and structured student for an administrative consulting assignment with our global industrial client in Lund. This is a perfect opportunity for someone studying at a university or college who wants to gain valuable experience in administration, data management, and reporting in an international business environment.

The role involves supporting the department with ongoing, repetitive, and administrative tasks where focus is on accuracy and structure.

Main responsibilities

  • Reporting of packaging weights and producer responsibility for the Nordic market.
  • Updating models to ensure compliance with documentation requirements and regulations (PPWR).
  • Follow-up on volumes and compilation of information from recycling partners.
  • Creating standard presentations in PowerPoint for the team.
  • Coordinating and gathering information from internal stakeholders to streamline support flows.
  • General data management and administration in Excel.

Qualification requirements (Must-have)

To be considered for the position, you need to meet the following:

  • Ongoing studies: You are an active student at a university or college throughout the assignment period, preferably in economics, logistics, environmental science, or similar.
  • Tools: Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Data handling: Experience with or a strong interest in structured data processing.
  • Languages: Fluency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, pragmatic, and communicative. Since the role involves a lot of data management and reporting, it is crucial that you are accurate, structured, and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
