Your responsibilities

We are now looking for a solution-oriented person who can manage our company, handling everything from contacts with tenants to achieving full capacity at our laundry facility. The position involves a great deal of independent responsibility as well as contact with customers, suppliers, and tenants. Examples of tasks include property maintenance, sales, marketing, maintenance of the laundry facility, preparing invoices after washes, and entering new vehicles for washing.

Your profile

To be considered for the position, we assume that you have work experience and that you enjoy handling customers. Personal qualities we are looking for include being reliable, sociable, and customer-oriented. To be considered for any of the positions, you should:

· Enjoy managing your own day in a responsible manner.

· Computer literacy

· Master the Swedish language fluently in both speech and writing

It is meritorious if you have experience from the haulage industry, the real estate sector, and accounting skills

Employment type

Full-time on-site at our premises at Fräsaregatan 1 in Halmstad. We apply market-based employment conditions and individual salary setting. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
