Your role

As a property technician with us, you are a key person in ensuring well-functioning properties and satisfied customers.

You will work on:

• Building and developing good customer relationships
• Performing property inspections
• Handling repairs and ongoing maintenance
• Managing service cases and fault reports
• Supervising ventilation, heating, and electricity
• Contributing improvement and energy efficiency suggestions

Who are you?

You are someone who:

• Takes responsibility and is proud of your work
• Has a strong service focus
• Thrives both independently and in a team
• Is solution-oriented and driven

We would like you to have:

• Property technical education or equivalent experience
• Experience from the industry
• Knowledge of operational technology/energy efficiency (meritorious)
• Driving license B is required
• Extract from criminal record required
