Your role

As a property technician with us, you are a key person in ensuring well-functioning properties and satisfied customers.

You will work with:

• Building and developing good customer relationships
• Conducting property inspections
• Handling repairs and ongoing maintenance
• Managing service cases and fault reports
• Supervising ventilation, heating, and electricity
• Contributing with improvement and energy efficiency proposals

Who are you?

You are a person who:

• Takes responsibility and feels pride in your work

• Is solution-oriented and driven

We would like you to have:

• Property technology education or equivalent experience
• Experience from the industry
• Knowledge of operating technology/energy efficiency (meritorious)

• A valid driver's license (class B) is required
• A criminal record extract is required
