Receptionist - Hourly Employment | First Hotel Planetstaden, Lund

We are now looking for a service-oriented and flexible receptionist for hourly employment at our hotel.

As a receptionist, you are often the first and last person our guests meet. You play an important role in creating a professional, welcoming, and safe impression throughout their stay.

Your tasks:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Bookings and reservations
• Answering phone and email, and handling guest inquiries
• Cash management and basic administration
• Providing information and service to guests
• Contributing to a smooth and positive guest experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in service and people
• Is responsible, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Enjoys working at a fast pace
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Is comfortable with computer systems
• Enjoys working varying shifts between day and evening
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English
• Previous experience in hotel/reception is meritorious but not required
