Night Receptionist Part-Time Employment | First Hotel Planetstaden, Lund

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented night receptionist on a part-time basis for our hotel. You will be the heart of the hotel during evening and nighttime hours and will ensure that our guests receive a professional and welcoming reception.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Handling bookings and reservations
• Answering phone, email, and guest inquiries
• Cash management and administrative tasks
• Nightly reconciliations and reporting
• Ensuring order, safety, and comfort in the hotel during the night
• Preparations for the upcoming workday
• Handling basic guest requests and problem-solving

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-minded, responsible, and professional
• Can work independently and make decisions
• Has good administrative skills and computer proficiency
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English
• Is flexible and comfortable with night work
