Spa Attendant – On-call Employment | First Hotel Planetstaden, Lund

As a spa attendant, you play an important part in the overall experience for our guests. You greet them warmly, ensure they feel welcome, and contribute to a relaxing and professional atmosphere throughout the spa area.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests to the spa area
• Provide information about spa facilities
• Keep the area tidy and ensure a clean, pleasant, and inviting environment
• Prepare for guest visits
• Handle basic bar sales and bookings
• Contribute to a calm and positive experience for all guests

We are looking for someone who

• Is service-oriented, positive, and has a natural hospitality
• Thrives in a calm environment and enjoys working with people
• Is responsible and attentive to details
• Can work flexibly, mainly evenings and weekends as needed
• Has previous experience from spa, bar, hotel, or service (meritorious but not required)
