About the role

As a resident physician with us, you will have a broad and varied workday, where you work with scheduled patient visits, handle urgent cases, and participate in home healthcare. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to the development of the practice and engage in improvement and quality work.

We offer an evidence-based training environment focused on patient-centered work and continuous development. Our supervisors are actively involved in your education, and we follow current guidelines for physician residency training.

About you

We are looking for a licensed physician eligible to work in Swedish healthcare. To communicate well both orally and in writing, you need Swedish language skills at C1 level.

You thrive in collaboration with others, both with physician colleagues and various professional groups in healthcare. Your commitment and understanding of the importance of professional and respectful treatment are central to your role. You can adapt your way of working based on the patient's needs and situation.
