Licensed practical nurse/receptionist for eye clinic in Kungsbacka

Therefore, we are now seeking a licensed practical nurse/receptionist for a fixed-term position at 60–80% for six months, with good possibility of extension.

We are a private eye clinic in central Kungsbacka with high ambitions, short decision paths, and a strong focus on quality, service, and work joy. Here, you will find a varied role that combines patient-facing work with administrative tasks. The operations include both outpatient visits and outpatient treatments such as cataract surgery, eyelid surgery, and injection treatments.

About the position

As a licensed practical nurse/receptionist, you are an important part of both the patient experience and the daily work at the clinic. The role is varied and includes both patient-facing work tasks and administrative and coordinating efforts.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Pre-examinations and patient preparations for doctor visits.
• Handling of medical technical equipment.
• Receiving patients at the reception and contact via telephone and other communication channels.
• Booking, rescheduling, and coordinating visits in the Webdoc medical records system.
• Administrative tasks, payments, and simpler invoice management.
• Planning and coordinating a well-functioning patient flow between the clinic and surgical operations.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained licensed practical nurse.
• Has experience in clinical work.
• Has preferably experience from eye care or other specialist clinic.
• Is technically interested and comfortable with digital systems.
• Has a professional, service-oriented, and warm approach.
• Thrives working both independently and with others.
• Is flexible, structured, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
