Care Staff for Home Care in Nacka - Full Time

About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced care worker for our home care services in Nacka. The position is full-time and involves providing care, support, and service to elderly individuals in their own homes.

The work is carried out according to a schedule with shifts during the day, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

As a care worker in home care, you will support our clients in their daily lives. Tasks include, among others:

• Personal care
• Assistance with hygiene and dressing
• Meal support
• Service tasks such as cleaning and shopping
• Social support/accompaniment and walks
• Escort duties
• Documentation according to operational procedures

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained assistant nurse or care aide
• Has previous experience in home care
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a driver's license (B)
• Is responsible, flexible, and has good and adaptable interaction skills
• Can work independently as well as in a team
