Isakssons Markteknik is a contracting company with roots in Kalix. We work with the production and sale of aggregates as well as new construction and renovation of roads. With our own production, we deliver everything from solid rock to finished product.

Our operations are growing and we are now looking for a structured and solution-oriented Transport Coordinator who wants to be a key person in our daily operations.

About the Role

As a Transport Coordinator, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and optimizing our transports of aggregates, materials and goods for both internal projects and external customers. The role also includes sales, customer handling and actively identifying new business opportunities.

In addition to operational planning, you are also responsible for personnel, including supervision, scheduling and daily follow-up.

The role requires good communication skills, the ability to prioritize and calmness even when the pace is high.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily transports of aggregates, materials and goods
• Coordinate drivers and external carriers
• Ensure that deliveries are made according to schedule and customer requirements
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, supervisors and production
• Work actively with sales, quotations and customer follow-up
• Handle deviations, re-planning and urgent needs
• Follow up on transports, capacity and resource utilization
• Responsible for scheduling, staffing and work environment in daily work
• Contribute to efficient workflows and good logistics throughout the business

We Would Like You to Have:

• Experience in transport coordination, logistics or similar role
• Industry experience from contracting, construction, civil engineering or transport is meritorious
• Good computer skills and ability to work with planning systems
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented approach
• Meritorious if you yourself have CE license and YKB (professional competence certificate for drivers).
