Installation Manager Ventilation – Client Representative to Project

Location: Stockholm

Assignment: Permanent employment

Start: During autumn -26 and extends to the end of 2028.

About the assignment

We are looking for an experienced installation manager in ventilation who wants to take on the role of client representative in an ongoing infrastructure project.

You will be an important part of the project organization and represent the client in matters concerning the ventilation contract, from design through the entire production phase.

Your responsibilities as client representative

In this role, you ensure that the contractor delivers according to contract, documents, and set requirements. You drive issues related to quality, time, and budget with focus on the client's interests.

Tasks

• Follow up on the ventilation contract against schedule, quality, and contract
• Review documents, technical solutions, and execution
• Participate in construction and design meetings as the client's representative
• Coordinate issues between contractors, project management, and consultants
• Handle deviations, changes, and technical issues
• Ensure compliance with laws, requirements, and the client's guidelines
• Participate in inspections and handovers

We are looking for you who

• Has solid experience in ventilation within construction projects
• Has worked as installation manager, project manager, or equivalent role
• Has good understanding of contract law and the client role
• Is confident in making demands and decisions
• Has good collaboration skills and clear communication

Meritorious:

• Experience from the client side or consultant role
• Experience from large or complex projects
