Tracked and Wheeled Excavator Operators Wanted for Bäckström Stockholm AB

About the Position

Bäckström Stockholm AB is now seeking experienced and self-driven tracked and wheeled excavator operators for assignments in Stockholm, Gävle, and Avesta. The position involves work in construction and civil engineering where you, as a machine operator, are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality according to given drawings and project requirements.

You will work in a production-oriented role with great personal responsibility and be an important part of project progress. The work is performed both independently and in collaboration with other professional groups at the workplace.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Professional certificate for relevant machine types
• Documented experience as a machine operator (tracked and/or wheeled excavator)
• Good proficiency in GPS operation
• Ability to work independently in production
• Driving license B

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have a strong work ethic and contribute to a professional work environment.

Meritorious

• Experience in civil engineering, water and sewage, road construction, or similar
• Comfortable working with drawings and digital materials
