Building Structural Engineer

Tecnicon Byggkonsult is looking for a dedicated building structural engineer who wants to work with design in building structures.

Your main tasks include investigations, dimensioning, and design of construction documents. You will work both independently and in project groups within our structural engineering department.

Your workplace is our office in Örnsköldsvik, and we prefer that you live in the city. Here, you will collaborate with other technical consultants in both internal and external consultant groups to deliver services to a wide variety of clients.

Your formal qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a building engineer, university engineer, civil engineer, or has other equivalent qualifications in building structures.

You have several years of work experience in the construction sector or have recently graduated from a program in the field.

Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

Good computer skills with solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 are required.

Knowledge of English in speech and writing is meritorious.

Experience with CAD programs, primarily Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit, as well as calculation programs, preferably from Strusoft, is meritorious.

Experience as a contractor or working with construction issues within a municipality may also be meritorious, but is not a requirement.
