Construction Worker specializing in tiling and building carpentry
Samwil Nordic AB is seeking a construction worker for smaller construction and renovation projects.
The company handles various types of renovation work, including bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, flooring, door installation, woodwork, painting, and other customary renovation tasks.
Job Duties
The work primarily involves tiling and renovation. Tasks include:
- Tile installation, ceramic and porcelain tile work in bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas.
- Preparatory work before tiling and renovation.
- Demolition, restoration, and light construction tasks related to renovation projects.
- Building carpentry, such as installing kitchens, doors, and other interior details.
- Flooring, parquet installation, and light woodwork.
The job is expected to involve mostly tiling (ceramic and porcelain), especially in bathrooms and kitchens, but also carpentry and other renovation tasks.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in construction and renovation work.
- Has experience in tiling (ceramic and porcelain).
- Can work practically with carpentry, installation, and flooring.
- Is accurate, responsible, and can work both independently and together with others.
- Can follow instructions and perform work with good quality.
Experience in bathroom renovation and wet room work is an advantage.

Work location: Stockholm and surrounding areas / per company assignments
