About the job. I am a 10-year-old boy looking for a new personal assistant for daytime hours. I have a disability and need help with various aspects of life. You will work closely with me and be an important part of my daily life.

The work involves being available and present for all tasks. You are responsible for creating a calm, safe, and stable environment and ensuring that the day goes smoothly and safely.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is empathetic, responsible, and a good listener. You have a genuine interest in working with people, are flexible, and can easily adapt to different situations. Experience in care work or work in healthcare and support is meritorious, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personality and your ability to treat others with respect and care.

• You are meticulous and have good judgment.

• You can work independently but also collaborate well with others.

• You have good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

• Experience working with young people is an advantage. I need help with suctioning and can handle a food pump for PEG tube and a lift. The most important thing is that you are someone who can see me as a whole and plan and structure my daily life independently. You should view the work as long-term, as it takes time for me to get used to new assistants. You must be fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, as it is important for communication and documentation.

If you have training as a nursing assistant, it is a big plus, but the most important thing is that you are confident, empathetic, and want to be a part of my daily life.

About the employment

Employment type: Hourly employment

Working hours: Daytime according to schedule or agreement.

Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement

Working hours: Active assistance around the clock divided into day, evening, and night according to a customized schedule. You will receive an introduction and training in the role of personal assistant.
