About the job. I am a 16-year-old girl looking for a new personal assistant for daytime on weekends. I have a disability and need help with various aspects of life. You will work closely with me and be an important part of my daily life.

The work involves being available and on hand for all moments. You are responsible for creating a calm, safe, and stable environment and ensuring that the day goes smoothly and safely.

Who are you? I am looking for someone who is attentive, empathetic, and responsible. You have a genuine interest in working with people, are flexible, and can easily adapt to different situations. Experience in care work or health and support work is meritorious, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personality and your ability to treat others with respect and consideration.

• You are meticulous and have good judgment.

• You can work independently but also collaborate well with others.

• You have good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

•It is an advantage if you have experience working with young people. It is important that you are someone who can see me as a whole and plan and structure my daily life independently. You should view the work as long-term, as it takes time for me to get used to new assistants. You must be fluent in Swedish both spoken and written, as it is important for communication and documentation.

If you have a nursing assistant degree, that is a big plus, but most importantly, you are confident, attentive, and want to be part of my daily life.

About the employment

Employment type: Hourly employment

Working hours: Daytime on weekends according to schedule or by agreement.

Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement

Working hours: During the day on Saturdays and Sundays
