Description

Do you want to help create an inspiring, safe, and educational preschool where children's curiosity, creativity, and desire to learn are central? Then you may be who we are looking for!

About us

We are seeking an engaged and professional preschool teacher who wants to challenge and inspire our children aged 3–5 in new discoveries, experiences, and learning.

For us, high quality in education is closely linked to present leadership, good development opportunities, and employees who feel joy at work, participation, and appreciation. We believe in diversity and in the strength that different experiences, competencies, and interests enrich the operations and contribute to development.

Our view of the child is based on the competent child – a child who is curious, creative, and full of possibilities. We strive to create an education where each child is given the best possible conditions to develop, learn, and thrive through play, exploration, and meaningful contexts.

Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher, you have pedagogical responsibility in the team and, together with your colleagues, lead the work with children's education and teaching.

You will:

  • Plan, implement, document, and follow up on teaching.
  • Work using an exploratory and project-based approach.
  • Use pedagogical documentation as a tool for reflection, analysis, and development.
  • Contribute to creating inspiring learning environments that stimulate children's play, creativity, and learning.
  • Give children real opportunities for influence and participation.
  • Collaborate with guardians and create good relationships.
  • Use digital tools as a natural part of the pedagogical work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

  • Are a licensed preschool teacher with a preschool teacher degree.
  • Have a genuine interest in children's learning and development.
  • Are curious about children's thoughts, ideas, and perspectives.
  • Are engaged, responsible, and driven by development work.
  • Have good collaboration skills and create positive relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians.
  • Are clear in your communication and able to translate the curriculum's intentions into practice.
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Are used to using computers, tablets, and mobile phones as work tools.

We offer

  • Substitute position 50% for 6 months.
  • Own planning time.
  • Competence development and collegial learning.
  • A workplace with engaged colleagues and a good collaborative climate.
  • Opportunity to influence and develop the operations.

Welcome with your application – we look forward to learning more about you!
