Science Teacher

Malmen Montessori in Borås is beautifully located next to the picturesque Lake Ramnasjön in a large, older and beautiful brick building. We are one of the country's largest Montessori schools with approximately 750 children in preschool, compulsory school and after-school care and have just over 110 employees. The students are divided into mixed-age groups.

We are looking for a certified primary school teacher who is qualified to teach science in grades 7-9.

We are looking for someone with a curious approach who is positive, responsible, flexible and confident. You have a structured, creative way of working and are good at inspiring and motivating students to discover, learn and develop.

We would like you to have experience in the profession and an interest in Montessori pedagogy. It is not a requirement to be Montessori-trained; further training takes place internally. You participate in developing our operations in relation to the curriculum and our Montessori educational plan.

You stimulate each child to educate themselves and grow with their tasks and provide freedom with responsibility. From that freedom, students' independence can develop, which subsequently gives self-confidence and the ability to critically review.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The position is full-time, starting in autumn 2026.

This position applies a schedule with school holidays.
