In the role of study and career counselor in compulsory school, you will be part of the school's student health team. You will work with both individual guidance and in class. You also collaborate with work teams where you inform and guide about upper secondary education, the future job market, and stimulate students' interest and curiosity about upcoming choices and programs at the school. You provide information to students and guardians about various choices within compulsory school that form the basis for future study and career choices. You conduct guidance conversations before the upper secondary school choice and coordinate work experience placements for years 8 and 9. Very good Swedish and English are requirements for the position. To succeed in the role, you need to be a trustworthy person who can easily build relationships and communicate effectively.
