Högbo Riding Club seeks an engaged riding instructor

About the position

Do you want to work in a operation where community, quality and development are at the center? Högbo Riding Club is looking for an experienced riding instructor who wants to help create a safe, inspiring and well-organized riding school.

With us, you will work together with dedicated colleagues and meet students of all ages, with a particular focus on children and young people. We place great emphasis on good treatment, clear pedagogy and a positive environment where both students and horses develop.

Job duties

• Plan and conduct riding lessons with structure and clear progression
• Teach children, young people and adults at different levels
• Participate in the education and further development of riding school horses
• Participate in the daily operation of the business, including stable duties
• Handle administrative tasks related to teaching and planning
• Participate in competitions and events, which involves working some weekends

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Education Riding Instructor Level 1 or equivalent training/experience deemed equivalent
• Experience teaching at a riding school
• Class B driver's license

Meriting:

• Several years of experience as a riding instructor or coach
• Documented experience working with children and young people
