Your role

As a car rental agent, you will handle our customers' entire rental car experience, from booking and pick-up to return, as well as handle follow-ups and incoming questions.

Working hours

You and your colleagues follow a rotating schedule that alternates between opening and closing shifts, as well as weekend work every other week.

The station's opening hours are:

Weekdays: 07:00-19:00

Saturdays: 08:00-15:00

Sundays: 12:00-18:00

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months.

Your tasks

• Customer meetings at the counter, via phone, and by email.
• Actively working with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Delivery of rental cars.
• Car washing and damage inspection.
• Administrative tasks.

You have

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Class B driver's license (manual) for at least 1 year.
