Teleco is a small telecom company with offices at Mörby Centrum in Danderyd. Our best-selling service is mobile telephony, but we also offer mobile broadband and home telephony.
Unlike the major operators, customer satisfaction is our absolute focus. We are known for an extremely accessible and personal customer service – without long queues, without switchboards, and without “let me check with someone.” With us, customers quickly get in touch with the right person, are treated in a friendly and professional manner, and actually receive help. We are now looking for someone who wants a developmental summer job where you work closely with both customers and colleagues. For the right person, there are good opportunities for continued employment after the summer.
Job Description
As part of our team, you will work with several different tasks and quickly learn how a smaller telecom company operates in practice.
The tasks consist approximately of:
- 10% order management – activate subscriptions and send out phones.
- 30% customer service – answer incoming calls and emails from customers.
- 60% sales – renew subscriptions and assist existing customers with our services.
