Service Salesperson / Customer Receptionist / Service Advisor

About the Position

As a service salesperson for passenger cars, your main task is to provide advice and book service and repairs for our customers at our facility, as well as via telephone, email, and our digital channels. The duties also include planning technicians' work, invoicing, handling warranty issues, and offering service agreements and accessories. You will be part of our service team, working together to exceed our customers' expectations and live up to our vision of "satisfied customer."

Place of work is at our facility in Oskarshamn. The position is full-time and permanent, with a 6-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role of service salesperson, we see that you are a person who thrives in customer-facing roles and has good communication skills. We would like you to have work experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the vehicle industry.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, has a positive attitude with good social skills, and enjoys working at a fast pace.

The work requires the ability to handle different individuals' needs and desires in a solution-focused manner, where good system knowledge and good knowledge of Swedish and mathematics at upper secondary level are important. Previous experience with our business system Kobra is meritorious. You hold a B driver's license.
