Engaged Personal Advisor to Tidaholms Sparbank

We are now looking for a personal advisor for our office in Hjo. As a personal advisor, you manage the customer's entire business based on identified needs. You are responsible for the customer's entire business and personal finances at the bank. You work needs-based and provide advice on loans, savings, pensions, and insurance, with the goal of creating long-term value for the customer.

You find new business among new and existing customers and maintain a high level of service to give the customer a positive experience with the bank. You help, guide, and inspire your customers through personal meetings as well as via phone or digital channels. Over time, you will build your own customer base while working as a team with your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who

• Has Swedsec advisor & mortgage license and insurance mediation authorization (IDD).
• Wants to create good and long-term customer relationships based on the bank's core values: personal, accessible, and engaged.
• Is responsive to customer needs and has a natural ability to build trust.
• Is business-oriented and works carefully and efficiently.
• Thrives in a culture characterized by community and team spirit, where collaboration is an important success factor.
