Service Advisor

We are an authorized car repair and body shop for VW, SKODA, and SEAT as well as a multi-brand garage. Currently, we have 11 employees.

Working as a service advisor requires knowledge about cars, preferably trained as a service technician or similar education that we consider equivalent.

As our service advisor, you are the face of the company and the spider in the web. You receive our customers, guide them through their service process, and provide support and advice.

A large part of your job is to always make the customer feel welcome and that they have a positive experience after their visit with us.

Your main task is to digitally build service and repairs in our systems, book our customers' cars into the workshop, receive and hand over cars, price jobs, and call customers with price proposals. Warranty processing is also included.

The computer and its systems, along with the phone, are your primary work tools. We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with a lot of customer contact. You are used to handling multiple parallel tasks simultaneously and are solution-oriented.
