Property Caretaker/Maintenance Worker

Torbygg (T.O.R tillbyggnad och renovering AB) is a construction company operating under the property company Ankarbulten AB. We are now looking for a property caretaker/maintenance worker who wants a key role in ensuring that our premises maintain a high standard. You will be an important part in creating a pleasant and functional environment for tenants, employees, and visitors to the properties. You will also be working on external construction projects.

As a property caretaker/caretaker with us, you will primarily work with maintenance and development of our existing properties. You will also meet our tenants to address fault reports submitted to Ankarbulten.

Responsibilities

• Care and maintenance of premises and equipment
• Gardening and ground work
• Repairs, carpentry, painting, and technical maintenance
• Basic electrical and plumbing work
• Moving and assembling furniture and fixtures
• Handling fault reports and contact with suppliers
• Practical tasks to ensure smooth operations, sometimes involving heavy lifting

Qualifications

• High school education, preferably with a practical focus (construction, electrical, technology) or training in property management
• Experience in property management or caretaking
• Driver's license for manual vehicle
• Ability to speak and understand Swedish, including in writing
• Basic computer skills
