Group Responsible Children's Leader

Halmstad GF is at a stage where we want to develop and move forward. Therefore, we are looking for you who wants to be part of this association development.

The position is about 10-15 hours per week starting in September 2025. Our association offers approximately 1400 children, young people and adults the opportunity for quality training.

We strive to achieve well-being in our activities with community and joy during training and competition, for child groups as well as for elite groups and adult groups. We are located in Halmstad and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a group leader for our children's groups aged 1-8 years.

As group leader, you need to create training programs for our children's groups, as well as develop our current leaders. The association is keen to have educated leaders and the association covers the training required for the job.

We prefer that you have previous experience of gymnastics. Have good rapport with children and young people, and can collaborate with both parents and coaches. Have good organizational skills, ability to set goals and plan activities.

The position can be adapted depending on the applicant's profile, work hours take place in gymnastics halls during afternoons, evenings and weekends; a driver's license is desirable.
