Are you the one we are looking for?

We are seeking two (2) committed and relationship-building social pedagogues for Dibber Kubikskolan who want to contribute to students' safety, well-being, and development in our F–9 school.

As a social pedagogue, you are an important part of the school's promotional and preventive work. You work closely with students, staff, student health, and guardians to create a safe learning environment where all students have the opportunity to succeed. In the role as social pedagogue, you work closely with students, guardians, and school staff to create good conditions for learning and well-being. You are an important part of the school's promotional and preventive work and actively contribute to developing a safe and inclusive learning environment.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Social pedagogy education
• Experience working with children and young people
• Good knowledge of values work and child and youth development
• Works promotively and preventively for increased safety, study peace, and attendance
• Is skilled at building trustful relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues
• Has the ability to see and strengthen students' resources and abilities
• Takes initiative and drives work forward based on the needs of the operation
• Has good collaboration skills and enjoys working in a team with teachers, student health, and school management
• Is flexible, solution-focused, and confident in your professional role

As a social pedagogue at Dibber Kubikskolan, you will plan, implement, and develop break-time activities that promote community, inclusion, and meaningful breaks. You will also support students during transitions throughout the school day, such as between lessons, breaks, and other activities that promote preventive work for increased safety, study peace, and attendance. You will collaborate with teachers, student health, guardians, and external partners as needed.

About us

Dibber Kubikskolan is an F-9 school in Helsingborg with about 430 students. Our focus areas are safety and study peace, increased goal achievement, and increased student attendance.

Dibber was established in Sweden in 2017 and now operates over 100 preschools, primary schools, adapted primary schools, and open preschools. Dibber's head office is in Sollentuna, with operations in large parts of Sweden. We stand for lifelong learning and staying at the forefront of our professions. We strive to build a professional network where we learn from each other and can support and inspire each other.
