Finjagården works with treatment in groups combined with individual interventions. We work based on structured treatment methods such as DBT, CBT, ACT, EMDR, and PE, supplemented by a quality system that ensures documented treatment outcomes. A quality system with follow-up for clients, relatives, and clients ensures transparency, participation, and security.
We work from a biopsychosocial perspective, meaning we work with the client in a team with different functions (coach/therapist/RN). We consider all aspects of the biological, psychological, and social in our treatment process; therefore, it is very important to have good internal collaboration and insight into each other's roles to work with these simultaneously.
