Molnet Personal Assistance is a service provider for individuals entitled to personal assistance under the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments. Our operations are characterized by flexible solutions with high quality, accessibility, and strong commitment to both clients and assistants.

We are now looking for dedicated and reliable hourly substitutes for our clients who need personal assistance.

As a personal care assistant, you work in the client's home and local community to provide support in daily life. Tasks may vary depending on the client's needs but often involve assisting with personal care, communication, transfers, activities, and household chores. You work closely with the client and are an important part of their life and independence.

You should be a person who is attentive, positive, empathetic, confident, calm, and strongly committed to the profession of personal care assistant. Being flexible and available is seen as very positive.

It is important that you understand the value of being professional in your role. You should also be responsible, able to work independently, and solve tasks on your own in consultation with the client.
