Lead Cleaner

About the job

We are now looking for an experienced and flexible cleaning supervisor/cleaner who loves building good relationships with customers.

The position starts on June 22, 2026.

You should have a sense for providing that little extra to the customer, be responsible, and have a high work ethic. You should also enjoy working both independently and in a team.

You will perform home cleaning for regular customers on a rotating schedule in Södertälje, Tumba, Tullinge, Nykvarn, Stockholm city.

Flexible working hours apply Monday-Friday between 08:00-17:00, with weekend work and evenings occasionally occurring.

Your tasks are as follows:

• Work actively with various cleaning assignments
• Quality assurance and follow-up of cleaning results (cleaning inspections)
• Ensure that cleaning materials and equipment are used correctly
• Other tasks may occur within the company and the industry
