Service Technician for Flushing Workshop

We are now looking for a handy and structured service technician for our flushing workshop in Stockholm. With us, you will work on service, repair, troubleshooting, and assembly of flushing units, high-pressure systems, and related equipment.

The role suits someone who enjoys practical work, solving technical problems, and taking responsibility for delivering high quality to our customers.

Tasks

• Customer reception
• Register service cases and manage them from start to finish
• Handle service cases in CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
• Contact with suppliers regarding technical support and spare parts
• Troubleshooting, service, and repair of flushing units and high-pressure equipment
• Assembly and installation of equipment on vehicles and trailers
• Work with mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical installations
• Technical support to customers

• Has good technical understanding and practical skills
• Can work independently and take responsibility for their tasks
• Is structured and can plan their work
• Has good collaboration skills
• Is solution-oriented and meticulous

Qualifications

• Experience in technical service or repair is meritorious
• Experience in hydraulics, vehicle technology, or workshop work is meritorious
• Experience with CRM systems and business systems is meritorious
• Technical education or equivalent experience

Requirements

• Driver's license B
• Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience in hydraulics, welding, or vehicle electrical systems
• Experience working with construction machinery, trucks, or special vehicles
