Coordinator for Sympati AB
Sympati AB is now seeking an engaged and structured coordinator for our housing support operations. With us, you will have an important role where you work closely with clients, support workers, and the unit manager to ensure high quality, good continuity, and professional treatment in our services.
The position is based at our office in Södermalm, Stockholm. You will work in a team together with the unit manager and other coordinators.
About Sympati AB
Sympati provides housing support, escort, and respite care with the aim of strengthening the individual's ability to independently manage their daily life.
Since 2016, Sympati has operated housing support in all districts within the City of Stockholm. The operations are currently conducted within the framework of framework agreements with the City of Stockholm, Huddinge Municipality, and Solna City, as well as through individual agreements with Lidingö City, Sundbyberg City, Värmdö Municipality, and Haninge Municipality.
Sympati AB is affiliated with collective bargaining agreements through Vårdföretagarna.
About the position
As a coordinator, you play a key role in the operations. You are responsible for planning, coordination, and follow-up of our services, and you act as an important link between clients, support workers, social services, and other partners.
This role suits you who thrives with many points of contact, likes to create structure, and has the ability to prioritize when the needs of the operations change.
Duties
- Manage orders in ParaSol and in Sympati's business system.
- Be responsible for start-up meetings and maintain ongoing contact with clients.
- Ensure that clients receive support in accordance with the current order.
- Plan and schedule the support workers' working hours.
- Ensure that services are performed with good quality according to orders, legislation, and Sympati's guidelines.
- Support the support workers in their daily work.
- Participate in salary and performance reviews together with the unit manager.
- Administer billing documentation.
- Collaborate with case officers and other actors when needed.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in administrative work and coordination.
- Good computer skills and the ability to work in various business systems.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Ability to plan, structure, and prioritize in an operation where conditions sometimes change with short notice.
Meritorious
- Experience in social work, for example in housing support, social psychiatry, LSS, social services, or other operations in healthcare and social care.
- Experience in coordination, staffing, or supervision.
- Experience with ParaSol or similar business systems.
- Experience working on behalf of a municipality or social services.
