Motivating Coach 80-90% position in daily activities (LSS)

Now God Dag Södermalm and God Dag City Slottet are looking for committed and motivating coaches who want to help create a good day for our stars with support needs! Right now we are looking for you who are a breath of fresh air and with your encouraging personality can get an entire room to join in a spontaneous sing-along or a fun dance routine from the latest TikTok trend!

As a coach at God Dag, you work daily (Monday-Friday) in one of our operations. You lead creative sessions adapted for the LSS target group according to your schedule.

The focus of the operation is music, theater, and we create our own YouTube channel (check out God Dag TV). We are a creative team consisting of coaches, group manager, and site manager. Those of us working at God Dag are musicians, actors, dancers, or educators.

Scope: 80–90% (probationary employment)

Working hours: approximately 8:30 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Start: August 2026

NB You need to have an education approved by our clients, such as a healthcare education or post-secondary aesthetic education.

Requirements for the position:

• Post-secondary education in, for example, music, dance, theater, etc., or education in healthcare
• Motivating personality that can make participants interested and engaged

Meriting for the position:

• Experience with the LSS target group
• Knowledge of GarageBand/music studio
• Other fun talents that fit God Dag's focus (stand-up, makeup artist, etc.)
