
Financial Administrator
Description
We are now looking for an administrator with solid experience in financial administration. In this role, you will work with administrative and financial project follow-up and serve as an important support function for the organization. You will handle project administration, invoice management, customer contacts, and financial follow-up in close collaboration with internal project resources and finance functions.
Job responsibilities
• Handle incoming cases via shared email
• Register and administer projects in the organization's systems
• Assign project resources and coordinate administrative project information
• Manage supplier invoices including accounting and approval flows
• Follow up ongoing projects from a financial perspective
• Re-invoice costs to clients and customers
• Follow up customer invoices and accounts receivable
• Handle reminders and investigate reasons for missing payments
• Maintain ongoing contact with internal coordinators, project staff, and finance functions
• Communicate with external customers on finance-related matters

About you
We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:
• Post-secondary education in finance
• At least 2 years of experience working with supplier invoices and accounts receivable
• At least 2 years of experience working with the Microsoft Office suite
• Documented experience in financial administration and invoice management
It is meritorious if you also meet the following requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience from the public sector, such as region, municipality, or government agency
